The Role
This is the one of the highest-leverage non-founder hires we'll make. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with me (John, CEO) as my right hand across everything that moves the business forward: sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations. Part GTM operator, part Chief of Staff, part whatever-the-week-demands.
Some weeks you're closing pilot deals and building the sales motion. Others you're standing up our partnership pipeline, running point on a conference, tightening our messaging, or building the dashboard that tells us whether any of it is working. If you need a narrow, well-defined lane, this isn't your role. If you want to get your fingerprints on the GTM engine of a company at the exact moment it starts to scale, keep reading.
What you'll do
- Own and operationalize GTM systems and strategy. Build and run the systems behind sales, marketing, and partnerships: pipeline, outreach, CRM hygiene, reporting, and the cadences that keep everything moving.
- Agentic operator. We’re AI native, so prepare to roll up your sleeves and help us deploy AI solutions internally and for customers. You might even be digging into Copilot or Claude to help build automations for clients.
- Sell. Run discovery, demos, and pilots with advisors and firms.
- Build partnerships. Source, structure, and manage relationships with planning tools, CRMs, dealer networks, and channel partners that expand our reach.
- Drive marketing execution. Turn our positioning into content, campaigns, conference planning, ads, and events that generate pipeline, from LinkedIn to conferences to customer stories.
- Be my force multiplier. Prep for board and investor conversations, run strategic projects end-to-end, and take things off my plate so I can spend time where only I can.
- Instrument the business. Define the metrics that matter, build the reporting, and turn data into decisions.
